I know that a lot of the makings of a business relationship is based on personalities and common interests, but that develops ususally after the first contact.

I have asked my group of Realtors in Las Vegas that I work closely with and the number one answer was;

Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada also rated very highly Communication Skills. The ability to communicate with all parties related to the transaction. Communicate in a manner that the Real Estate Agents are confident the transaction will close. All parties informed of each milestone attained during the loan process. Respond quickly to items that are needed to move forward with as little delay as possible.
3. Honest and Integrity.
